Postnatal Migraines. .. help pleaseee!

I had my baby girl 2.5 weeks ago. I have always had recurrent migraines since I was a teenager.  But I've had this one for 4 days now and over the counter medications (breadtfeeding safe ones) aren't budging it one bit. . (They never do even now when im taking them regularly)

I've seeked help from 3 different doctors, including my normal gp who pretty much told me to toughen up, an afterhours doctor who gave me maxalt wafers which didn't help because they need to be taken at the onset of a migraine.  And then yesterday my mum took me to ER and they gave me non safe breadtfeeding tablets... nothings helping and no doctor is helping. I've tried everything I can think of and I can't take it anymore with a newborn and 2 toddlers.

I dont know what to do :(
Any advice would be greatly appreciated

They don't think my migraines are related to my spinal because I'm a constant suffer of them. But I wont rule it out untill it stops.

My triggers are usually when im exhausted. . And that's really the only thing I know that triggers them. Ask your doctor about Amitriptyline - its a category C but it cured my migraines whilr I was pregnant and is safe in low doses eg im on 10mg daily - 20mg if im exhausted and at risk of an attack.

I've just gotten home from the afterhours and they gave me an injection - I have to "pump and dump" for the next 12 hours just to be safe for bubby. Migraine has eased mostly, just a bit of a dull ache now. Hopefully it's gone by morning :)

I am on 100mg of imetrex and 20mg of flexeral. I don't currently take either until my migraines last a week. I have taken both doses twice while pregnant. My Dr isn't happy but I need to function. They don't know if my taking them will effect the baby or not. I also have been seeing a chiropractor and massage therapist. It keeps my migraines at bay most of the time. I have been having migraines since I was 6 and I am 27 now. Also, I am 30 weeks pregnant. Do you have knew triggers? I know mine have not changed much since being pregnant. I am just more sensitive to my normal triggers.

Did you get an epidural? I had horrible migraine after delivery...  My epidural puncture never closed and was leaking spinal fluid causing my brain to sit in less fluid... Causing horrible migraine.   I was ordered to drink coke and eat choc and returned to ER to patch the whole with blood (which clots) I was literally better in 10 mins.
