Really not much you can do. Try not to over do it with sleep because that may make you even more exhausted and tired throughout the day. In my 1st trimester, I found that if I pushed myself to get up and take a brisk walk would boost my energy lots!
Not really. I was just exhausted. Found out later that exercise really does help. Taking a walk would boost my energy and I felt yucky if I didn't go. But equate it to this: growing another human requires more energy than a strenuous hike. You just have to accept that rest is necessary.
