Pregnancy Massage
This is my 4th pregnancy (3rd successful pregnancy) and I've always wanted to get a pregnancy massage but not sure if it'll be worth it. Has anyone had one before and how was it?

They are more than worth it! Just do your homework and make sure the massage therapist is experienced in prenatal massage so you don't end up with injury.
At 26 weeks i'm happy to be married to a massage theripist :)

Yes absolutely amazing! & if u can combine it with a chiropractor visit even more of a bonus! I work at a spa & with my 1st I got prenatal massages all the time. Just make sure they knw it's a prenatal massage bcuz not all therapists are certified to do them. I have been on bed rest with this pregnancy, so haven't really gotten them.

They are amazing!! I got a full body madsage with my last pregnancy and if I could afford another one now id be there in a heart beat!
