That's a common symptom in the 1st trimester. Sometimes it continues thru out the pregnancy but hope that it goes away in the 2nd. I've been working all my pregnancy n I usually til a day b4 i deliver so I plan on doing the same. It keeps me active
I'm 39 weeks + 3 days now but throughout my whole pregnancy I had severe nausea and vomiting 24 hours of the day , became very dehydrated had to get an IV my body couldn't hold anything solids or liquids . I was working over 40 hours a week . I just kept telling myself it will be worth it at the end and kept drinking fluids and small meals even if I couldn't hold in for more than ten minutes . Just keep a positive mindset .
I kept up the caffeine. Started limiting and weining off, now I'm down to just 1 green tea a day (20mg caffeine). I miss my coffee though. Instead I do Chai tea lattes at home. Just that little boost helps me keep going. Also try snacking throughout the shift if you can and HYDRATE!
Yes :( I just want to stay in my bed. But I know I have to work to get money to live and provide for baby.
