Could I have kidney infection

Hi Ladies.... OK I've had 3 uti's so far since being pregnant. I'm currently 26wks5dys. My last appt last week Dr prescribed me antibiotics again even without confirming I have uti again. My symptoms are always strong order in urine..mainly 1st morning urine, pain in side and back pain. Went in to ER 2 days ago and they said urine came back negative for uti. Forgot to mention my urine looks like raspberry tea. Looks like blood could be in it but Dr said in ER there was no blood in my urine. They didn't check for kidney infection. Now this is the 1st time my urine has gotten so dark. Called my OB office an asked to be checked for kidney infection. Going to pick up lab slip today. Anyone think it may kidneys?? I drink at least 64ozs of water a day.

Teabugsmommy the right side of my back is absolutely painful and my side. Ellen038 thank god you made it thru. I know how serious the kidneys are that's why I'm desperately trying to find out if this is the case. Thank you ladies for your help. Did my lab work today and hopefully I hear back soon and go from there

I have had several kidney infections and they made me very sick and they were super painful (flank pain) I actually went into kidney failure and almost died on my birthday.  Fever, chills, flank pain are the symptoms I had.  I hope they can figure out what is wrong with you before too long

The back pain in one side or the other should be the first indicator. I have only had a kidney infection once, when I was pregnant with my daughter and let me tell you.....the pain in the right side of my back was so bad that they thought I was in labor!! When they confirmed it was a kidney infection they did so via ultrasound and then they actually gave me a morphine injection!! It was horrible!!
