VBAC experienced moms

Last night I woke up to pain specifically in the area where my stitches are from my c-section almost four years ago. It seriously felt like my internal incision was being stretched out and ripped open again from the inside. I was wondering, for the mom's that have already undergone a VBAC, did you experience pain in the area where you were cut for your c-section?

I had no pain around the scar but a friend of mine had a lot of pain throughout her second pregnancy so her doctor decide she had to have a second c section she couldn't try a vbac .

Yes LeeshaMiranda...I'm 31 weeks and just that one night so far had pain at the area where my incision were. I was just wondering if it was common and does it get worst during labor.

Are you having pain before birth or have you already had a VBAC? I'm 10 days from my due date and have had NO pain at my scar throughout the whole pregnancy. Are you asking if it hurts during labor or after having baby vaginally?  Either way, I guess I'm also curious about the answer.  I can tell you that one of my sister's friends had a csection almost a year before I did and is now about halfway through her second pregnancy and has been having pain around her scar already...  I think it may have many factors including your surgeon & stitching, body type, diet, exercise... Not sure.
