I workout everyday with a pregnancy pilates video. I did pilates everyday before becoming pregnant. It Keeps you toned and prepares you for delivery.
I just put pregnancy work out app in the play store & it came up with one its free to download but then to get the wirkouts it was 1.89 I think. ..but it give u 20 min work out daily for each trimester :-) I have dvds but I find an app us so much easier!
