the pills have iron do the gummies dont:)
You can get an Rx for liquid. I don't take prenatal vitamins but at my 28 weeks appt my iron was low and she put me on the liquid for better absorption. Some chewable prenatal vitamins have iron though I thought :/
You can try just making diet changes. Good food sources include red meat, eggs, beets, spinach, collards.
