Preterm labor...

Im 31 weeks with my first. The past two weeks I've been feeling what I thought was my baby pushing extremely hard. It would make it difficult to breath and got worse the more I moved around. Yesterday I started getting sharp pains in my vagina and constantly out of breath when I called my doc he said to go to labor and delivery. I found out I was in preterm labor and was having contractions 3-5 minutes apart with no dilation. They gave me a shot to speed out the contractions and sent me home. I'm very nervous that I'll go into labor and actually have her early. Anyone else have this happen? Or have any advice?

yes, my stomach was getting hard and there was back pain but not continuous. The vagina pain was just random and fast not throbbing.

Questions... did your tummy get hard? Did you have back pains? What kind of pain did you feel in Vagina (did it throb)

It happened to me at 25 and 28 weeks. At 25 weeks they gave me magnesium sulfate and steroid injection, but at 28 weeks only magnesium sulfate to stop the contraction. I am 31 weeks and still feeling mild contraction.
