So just wondering how do you know the difference in pupp and heat rash? I have this terrible itching bumping rash under my arms the one is so much worse though
Yea puppps starts on the stomach and had little red bumps that itch so badly
From what I understand pupps is usually on your stomach and thighs. You may just have heat rash or some type of dermatitis. Maybe try an anti itch cream, ice may even help with the itching.
