Question About Breast Feeding

I plan on breastfeeding my baby girl but I was wondering if you ladies can give me some info on what I can eat/drink to produce enough milk for my baby. I know there's certain food that helps produce more milk but can't remember what....Anything helps! Thanks ladies (:

Having the baby latch properly, and often is the best way to have a good milk supply. Every two to three hours at first I think.

I remember oatmeal helps. I lost my supply with my son but am hoping to try again this time. Mothers milk tea and fenugreek help too.
