before I even get out of bed in the morning I have a few crackers and some water. When i leave the house i airways carry a sieve of crackers abd ginger ale With ice. It will get better. I am now 14 weeks and thankfully the nausea is no longer constant. But it was so bad in the beginning. Good Luck! Also don't allow yourself to get too hungry because when I'm hungry I get the most nauseous

With my first the nausea went away around 12 weeks then came back in the third trimester. This time I'm 35 weeks and it's never gone away. (Both boys fyi) So it could go away soon or not, sorry. My doctor gave me meds for the first one when it came back and I was fine in a few days. This time I can't afford the meds due to insurance change. Sea bands, which are these wrist bands that work on pressure points helped me though not completely. I also sucked on pregnancy pops or ginger candy. And occasionally I would slowly sip a cold soda, but sometimes that would make me sick. I  avoid sweets and greasy food. That helps. Fruit like apples with peanut butter, canteloup, and watermelon seemed to be ok. It also helps if you snack all day instead of trying to just eat 3 normal sized meals. You want to get a  variety and try 3 small meals, but have crackers or nuts or something in between.

Oh and yogurt would help settle my tummy sometimes too. Good luck!

I was very nauseous around that time, am 13 weeks now and nausea has gradually been lessening. Saltine crackers or pretzels to munch on helped, also sipping on gingerale. I bought ******* Pops from target online, those helped alot also! I found that certain smells made my nausea worse also moving too fast in the morning. Try to be aware of certain things making your nausea worse and avoid them if you can.
