Exercise... meditation...reading...go to the movies...pray..writing in a journal..take a nap...deep breaths...yoga
I eat fruits take a walk but what really did it was prenatal yoga omg it relaxed me completely try it and ice cream :)
When I'm under stress I take a shower which will relax me, I will listen to so music for relaxation and it helps. Sometimes I will just walk around the block by myself and let everything go off my mind.
