HELP failed my one hour glucose test???
Hi Ladies this is my third pregnancy I've never failed my 1 hour glucose test before. What does this mean? Does anyone have any information or advice about the 3 hour glucose test? Please and thank u.
Ok thank u had me a little freaked out Dr wants me to do it next week I'm hoping I pass it.
I am 33 week's and have not even took mine. Lots of stuff can effect it and they will make you take it again with a longer test.
I also failed my one hour test but passed the 3 hour test. Just fast before you go and take something to entertain you while your there bc it's boring lol
Don't freak out. I failed mine too, but I passed the three hour test. They have to draw your blood four times so that is the worst part of it. I have small veins and they ended up sticking me five times before it was all over and I was bruised up for the rest of the week. Its no fun.
it happened to me then i have to repeat it with 2 hours glucose. . and the result was normal after that . . u need to be fasting for at least 8 hours . . hope your second test will be normal
