Questioning my sanity

I have a 3 year old boy. I'm 33 weeks pregnant with another boy. I'm nervous.  I'm so tired now , my hands are always full with my toddler and my husband, and work, cooking/cleaning,  I'm honestly not sure if I can do it! And do it with a smile you know?  I Don't want to be short tempered and mean, I want to be happy. We planned this pregnancy.  I know I will find a happy medium, I'm just getting anxious. Any tips from other moms with more than one I'd appreciate,  even just to relate would be nice!

I'm 29 weeks with a girl and have a 3 year old boy. It can be really hard. I have found that giving him a daily schedule kind of helps. Nothing too serious but I try to have things he can look forward too and it helps keep his behavior more in check. We do crafts, play board games, things like that. And then he knows when I tell him I need to finish some work first then we will do whatever the activity is, he is more willing to let me have some time. Today our activity was stringing beads. I layed on my bed cuz I was worn out and he sat next to me and put beads in a string for an hour! I know it can be hard to fit everything into each day but my son has been so much better since I've started scheduling his days a little more.

I am 30 years old and currently 34 weeks pregnant with my 4th child! My kids ages are 7,5,1 and due date is feb 24th 2015!  You would think having 2 kids is double the work but you've been there, done that once already so with your second it will feel easier because you have the knowledge of what a baby needs and dont need to doubt yourself with the second!  I found that if you dont go crazy in the first couple years, eventually your two kids will entertain eachother giving you some time to breath and get stuff done around the house!   Its probably harder just having one child because there is just you to entertain them as oppose to a sibling!!
