Questions...

This is technically my 3rd pregnancy. First delivered at 32 weeks, Second was a miscarriage and I am now currently 6w2d. I cannot wait to get out of first trimester! For you ladies on your second pregnancy when did you start showing? I don't want to gain too much this pregnancy any workout tips?

My second pregnancy, my son was in my back, so I didn't start showing until about 6- 7 months.

I started showing earlier with my 2nd pregnancy. I worked at a gym so I did a lot of cycling, inner & outer hip strengthening as well as back stregnthening. I also enjoy pregnancy Pilates and working out on the birthing ball. I'm on bed rest now so haven't done any of it since 20weeks.

I started showing at about 12 weeks with my second. I have just been trying to eat healthy and I have a few dvds I use. I use 10 minute solutions maternity pilates, which is okay for days you are feelibg sluggish or uncomfortable. My favorite is suzanne bowen slim and toned barre workout.
