I am pregnant and this is my first so wondering to any mom's when they had vaginal birth. What did you do during you pregnacy to prepare you for birth? Just wondering if you have any suggestions or good tips for a first time mom. Thank you!!

I have 2 boys and a 3rd boy on the way and In my opinion nothing can really get you ready for birth everyone is different and their body reacts differently. I took breathing classes for my 1st son it didn't really help me, i did walk for both sons and that helpped with no back labor and after my 1st son i knew how to handle my 2nd birth and how i will handle my 3rd and i did all natural births

I took prenatal yoga and pilates classes which helped with flexibility and breathing!  I wish i could find the time to take some classes with my second.
