Red raspberry leaf is an all around good for pregnant women. I used it when I was 4 mos. pregnant with my third child. I had a subchorionic (I hacked that word) hemorrhage. I was bleeding so bad my OBGYN told me I needed to go to the ER and have it terminated. I drank the tea by the bucketful... Though I used the loose herb not the tea bags.  Any herb book worth it's salt will tell you red raspberry leaf can prevent miscarriage in addition to toning the uterus. It is safe to drink if that's what you were wondering. I feel it's what helped me bring my son into this world.

Well I drank my first cup on Saturday afternoon.  I lost my mucus plug on Sunday. I stopped drinking it because I'm only 33 weeks. I haven't felt any contractions but I feel a bit of pressure.  My baby shower is this weekend so I hope I don't go into labor.   I will drink again once I get to 37 weeks.
