oj and whole milk
Who has tried it? What happened when u drank it? I'm trying for a vbac this time and my scheduled c section in 2 weeks and I am dilated to 1cm 40% effaced as of last week. Trying so hard to avoid the c section. My doc said she would let me go if I went into labor. Please answer.
It didn't work for me I did it for 3days... try castor oil or a lots of sex, I had my baby girl this morning! Good luck

I heard a couple of women it worked for. Just drink 1/2 cup of 100% orange juice and 1/2 cup of whole milk. A few said they did it once right before bed. Some it took 3 days but they did it each night.
