heating pad
is it ok to use a heating pad on my right hip area, it hurts so bad and I don't know what else to do, i'm 25 weeks and 2 days. I never had this pain with my other pregnancies.
My doc recommend a wet towel put in the microwave for a few min , and then wrap it up in another dry towel and place in a plastic bag. This works wonderful I guess the damp heat is much better but be careful it can be very very hot !! Good luck

Its safe. i keep mine on low tho.. Just make sure you do not sleep with it on. When my lower back/hips hurts i would put the heating pad in between my maternity band thingy and it stayed there and felt amazing!!
