Restless Legs

I'm 8 weeks pregnant with my second child and my restless legs are giving me a fit. Does anyone have this problem or any things I can try for relief? I'm at my wits end because it's affecting my sleep and my sanity! Thanks for any suggestions.

Thanks for the advice. I've tried warm baths, but as soon as I get out, my legs start acting up again. I do have a bar of soap under the sheets (I read that somewhere too :] ) but that doesn't really do any good either. Paracetamol is the same thing as acetaminophen, right? Unfortunately, that doesn't help either. I'm going to start trying acupuncture, so hopefully I can get some relief. Thanks for the input, though. I appreciate it!
