Try a heat pad or a heated blanket.  I deal with this every night.   I have a moist heat pad and it really helps my lower legs.  I use my heated blanket sometimes since I leave the window open and my room gets cold.

Drinking Gatorade helped with my last one. Didn't help with not getting up to pee!

With my first pregnancy my RLS would heat up the bottoms of my feet unbearably. I got cold coke cans from the fridge and put them in long socks, then put them on as I lay down. The cold soothed all the way up my legs.

Take more calcium pills. I had that growing up and Dr wanted me to take medication to treat Parkinson disease but I just started drinking a lot of milk and took a high dose of calcium and vitamins for a while and it completely went away. If I would stop taking it it would come back. Since baby is taking a lot of ur nutrients it's probably affecting u.
