Try a heat pad or a heated blanket. I deal with this every night. I have a moist heat pad and it really helps my lower legs. I use my heated blanket sometimes since I leave the window open and my room gets cold.

Drinking Gatorade helped with my last one. Didn't help with not getting up to pee!
With my first pregnancy my RLS would heat up the bottoms of my feet unbearably. I got cold coke cans from the fridge and put them in long socks, then put them on as I lay down. The cold soothed all the way up my legs.
For some reason banana and drinking alot of water helped.
Mine get worse when I'm tired and its late so I try to make sure i don't stay up at night.
Thanks ladies!! Need to try something it's driving me crazy!!
A warm bath really helped me when it was at its worst during pregnancy.
I use Mustela Instant Comfort Gel on my legs whenever I get restless legs, works like a charm! Found it at Baby's R Us
Take more calcium pills. I had that growing up and Dr wanted me to take medication to treat Parkinson disease but I just started drinking a lot of milk and took a high dose of calcium and vitamins for a while and it completely went away. If I would stop taking it it would come back. Since baby is taking a lot of ur nutrients it's probably affecting u.
Ugh i hate restless leg syndrome...A warm bath before bed..
