Rib pain... not a question.

The doctor told me that rib pain is common in the 3rd trimester. More than likely it is because the diaphram is moved up and baby is squishing it. Just figured i would share with you ladies in case you have experienced this.

Yes unfortunately it is common.
You can ease the pain with a cold ice pack over your ribs and a hot wheat pack on your back.

Exercises are good too, if you youtube rib inflamation exercises, you will find a few useful tips. Exercises only help your pain if you continue to do them. Can't do them two days and feel fine and then stop, because the pain will get back.
It is a nonstop thing.

During this time, think about your posture.
Have a straight back and don't hunch over -even if it feels better to do so.
Your back will thank you later and your posture will look better.

Though times.
Stay strong and remember,
it is for a limited time and also
it is for the best cause.

I hope you feel better soon!!!

(I had a bad rib inflamation earlier in my pregnancy)
