Rib pain!!
Anyone else around 28weeks and getting pain in their rib cage? front and back ribs are just aching lately..and baby isn't even kicking upwards yet..
Any tips to relieve the soreness?

Oh my gosh that sounds terrible!!
Ur ribs are spreading from everything moving up. There is a "syndrome" that happens to some woman that makes it more painful than normal. Idk of there is anything that can be done. I have spd and go the chiro a lot. He has had to actually pop ribs back in for me that I didnt know was out b/c the pain was actually up in my shoulder blade area.
