SEVERE ABDOMINAL PAINS HELP!!

HELP!! Is anyone or has anyone experienced gas pains in the stomach so bad they can't sleep, finish full meals or even small snacks, and tense up as if you're going through a contraction???

I really need tips on what to do.

I've tried sleeping on different sides, warm drinks, lots of water, GasX extra strength, Tylenol just to ease pain and make me go to sleep.

Currently taking a acid stomach pill for heartburn called omeprazole and I am starting to think my issues are because of this medicine just reading the side effects.

You could try to avoid the foods that trigger the abdominal pain and gas, during my last pregnancy grapes gave me excruciating pain! Drink plenty of water and maybe try eating prunes/prune juice. When was your last bowel movement? You could be impacted with stool if your pain is that severe.

Yes, end of first trimester I had horrible gas pains. Ask your doctor or OB what they suggest. My problem stemmed from constipation and my doctor said lots of fluids, avoid processed and fatty/deep fried foods and milk of magnesia.
