SEVERE PAIN
Im 32 weeks and 4 days and all day I've been having severe lower back pain and lower stomach pains. Do any other moms get that and what do you do to relieve it.
Is it constant or comes and goes? Back ache and hip ache are normal but pain that comes and goes is pre term labor. Rest up or heading pad. Tylenol. Otherwise I'd call doctor if getting worse through all attempts to help it and comes in closer waves. Good luck. I had pre term labor and didn't even know it.
Yes sit down relax and drink water. Hopefully it helps
Im almost 36 weeks and haven't experience that yet but i was told that if it does happen to have a cold glass of water and sit down or lay down.
