Thanks for the help ladies!! I really appreciate it and I'm glad to know I'm not the only one that's suffered through this :-)
I had bad sinus pressure from about 10 weeks till 20 weeks. Nothing worked for me.
I started having sinus issues 3 months in. I tried sleeping in chairs nose sprays netti pot. Nothing worked. It didnt get better until my daughters was 2 months old. Sorry!
You can also use a warm wash cloth on top of the sore areas. My sinuses get bad enough that my face and teeth hurt. So usually a warm wash cloth, some tylenol and saline spray help me out.
Theres this nasal spray called rhinocort and its safe for pregnant women but u need a preacription for it. I feel a nasal spray is better bc its topical so it wont go through ur blood stream and it helps w sinus pain and congestion etc. Or try using saline spray it should help a bit
I used pure saline spray because our whole family got really sick early in my preg. I did morning and night sprays, blew my nose and after a few days the swelling (pressure) was gone.
I'm 13 weeks now but My Dr told me I could take sudafed or reg. claritin (make sure it doesn't have the d) to try and help with sinuses
