Hungry?

I am ALWAYS hungry and it feels like my stomach is a bottomless pit! I try to eat very healthy tho since I'm hungry like soups, salads, fruits, veggies, cereal, and whole wheat but I'm super scared this baby will be big. I don't think my vagina can handle anything bigger than a 6lb baby since both my babies were 6lbs and with both I got lil nics like 1-3 stitches. What do u ladies think????

I also get so hungry, but I'm only 8 weeks! I know I don't need extra calories at this point but I am always hungry nonetheless.

Yes!  23 weeks tomorrow and I can't stop.  I eat to the point of feeling nauseated. . And i am always wanting I've cream. I am terrified about gestational diabetes. I do eat healthy but I have to have sweets every day. . In moderation of course.
