Ammonia free in a well ventilated space is fine once you make it to the second tri try to space out dye jobs as much as you can

It is safe just use a ammonia free color. May want to wait after the first trimester due to hormones being out of whack (usually in the second trimester it levels out) also just be warned because of hormone change color may not take, may show as a slight different color then attended, may not last as long, and also may cause your scalp to itch more (due to being more sensitive)! Also do it in a well ventilated area the smell may make your stomach turn!

I have colored and permed my hair with both pregnancies...actually am 39 weeks now and will be coloring it tonight in a prep for my induction on Wednesday! This will be my 3rd time coloring this pregnancy (one time did not take that is why I am doing it again so soon) and have permed it once!

Usually after 12 weeks I'm pretty sure. Just make sure your in a room that has air flowing and not confined in a small space.
