Safety of ceaning products?

One of my jobs is an in-home caregiver for elderly and handicaped people. A new client I started taking care of today needs some SERIOUS deep cleaning. Shower, toilet, mopping, etc.

I'm in my second trimester. (14.2 weeks) Anyone know if cleaning products safe for baby at this point?

I wear disposable gloves, a face mask, and long sleeves and pants anytime I'm cleaning a client's home.
