Get fresh Ginger at the store. Peel it then slice a few little prices really thin. Steep them in a green tea let cool a bit and try that. It helped me.
Also, ginger snaps in bed before you get up.
Get A rosemary plant at home depot.
Put some sprigs in a ziploc bag, when you feel nauseated smell the rosemary. Always helped me knock the nausea out.
And if your not getting any relief...
My doctor didn't exactly prescribe this....but when I told her I was smoking a few hits off a joint each morning I couldn't shake the nausea...she said it was better to do that than take Zofran or prescription medications...
Just a thought. Worked amazing for me!
Miracle drug.

I feel you! I've gone through two miscarriages and am now pregnant again. Today makes almost 8 weeks. We have an ultrasound tomorrow. So far, I have NO signs of miscarriage like the first two times, and all the signs of pregnancy but I'll feel a lot better when I see something on a screen to prove it! I'm going to try ginger ale today too, as I'm having issues with nausea and desiring any food. Meal shakes sound like a great idea! For some reason dairy doesn't seem to bother me, but just about everything else does.

They say nausea during pregnancy is a sign of a healthy pregnancy.....just to brighten your spirits. Also not eating won't cause you to miscarry your bsby will get whatever it needs from you....now you may end up lacking but make sure you take a good prenatal vitamin sometimes that's all I can get down and we have seen our healthy little peanut and his/her little heartbeat.

Have you tried eating some chicken noodle soup? I lived on it during my 1st trimester. Occasionally I'd drink a smoothie if I couldn't eat soup. I know it's cliche, but ginger ale soda might help. I blended mine with ice for a slushie like drink and while it wasn't a miracle cure, it took the edge off. Best wishes!
