Sharper shooting pains
Has anyone experienced sharper shooting pains in their vagina? I'm currently 37w+4 and these pains started today while I was at work. They aren't unbearable, just painful and tend to happen more when I'm walking than when I'm just standing. I was wondering if this could mean my cervix is dilating. At my last appointment, she said it was softening. I have another appointment in two days so I'll find out then. Just curious right now. Thanks everyone!
Well, that explains a lot! This is my first. So, it's all news to me. Yay for shared due dates! I've not seen anyone until now who is due on the same day. Exciting! Good luck! Hopefully not much longer for me.
I've had them for about three weeks now.
Its called "lightening" which is your baby settling down I to your pelvis and stretching the ligaments.
We are due the same day I believe! Nov.28
Had a doctors appt today. I'm 1cm dilated and my cervix is soft and baby is in the pelvis engaged and ready to go!
This is my 4th baby so I'm guessing any day now!
