I have as little in mine sometimes I think due to hemorrhoids. I get constipated too.
hemorrhoidS can be internal or external and usually become a problem when one strains to poop due to constipation. I take a daily probiotic and make sure I'm eating enough fiber. You may want to talk to your doctor about adding Metamucil to your daily diet and using miralax when you haven't had a bm in a couple days.
