Scared

Ftm, 37+3 weeks, baby breeched (flexed breech, head in left side of belly - legs in right). Baby is usually very active in evenings (it's 23:57 where I am now), she usually streches around, comes forward and all belly streches, oftenly looks like a peanut, with left and right sides sticking out and hard, and the middle where my navel is - soft and not sticking out (I hope I am making sense here). Just now, I was about to fall asleep and baby started stretching lot more than usual, at one point belly did not look like a human belly anymore, honestly (im from skinny moms, that also might be reason, i dont know) and usually with this comes streching feeling (obviously) and braxton hicks (tightening without pain). Today she was stretching around so much, I sat up in bed and then it started to hurt pretty bad. Not down down in vag area, I'd say,but more in the protruded belly and lower back hurt a lot too. Hadn't had such pain before. It lasted for 10 minutes, haven't come back for 25 min already. My mucus plug / bloody show havent come out yet,no waters breaking, there's no discharge whatsoever. Any idea what's up? I don't want to stress about nothing, if that can be just the baby squishing my insides together or w/e. Also, I have my appointment with midwife friday, and I get to meet her already before it on thursday afternoon. So if the pain does not come back, I don't want to call them, because I will meet her soon enough, but I am going to worry as hell. Any experiences / suggestions? Thanks a bunch in advance.

Also kind of going to toilet often (I reckon it might be because baby is squishing the bladder), but.....
