Second Trimester, losing weight??

I'm 15 weeks now. I was 130 at beginning of pregnancy and went up to 138. I have been struggling with pretty bad nausea and vomiting since week 4, but still gained weight. Just in the last week I've been vomiting a lot more .Last night I got up 6 times to puke and was spitting up blood. I am now back down to 130. When is it time to worry?

I haven't gained a pound yet.  I'm actually -13 lbs since conception and I'm 21 weeks.  Dr said that I am healthy, and the baby is healthy, so there's no problem (even though I spent most of the first and the beginning of the second trimesters throwing up.  Somehow, I am still nourishing this child.

I've maintained just about the same weight my whole pregnancy despite all the vomiting and nausea... I either lose or gain a pound each visit...my son is growing right on track and my ob is worried at all, idk if it's because I was on the heavier side to begin with...

I lost weight when I was pregnant with my second.  I was so sick,  all the time.  When I had him I ended up weighing 10 lbs less than before I got pregnant.  Lol

Hi. I started my pregnancy at 153 lbs but had really bad morning sickness, I lost 10 lbs on my first trimester and have only gained back about 1.5 lbs. I'm 30 weeks now and I'm still struggling to gain the weight back but the Dr said not to worry about it because baby is growing normal and I haven't lost any weight in the past weeks. Also he said the more I stress about it the less weight I gain and I can stress out my baby as well. So I suggest you talk to the Dr and if baby is growing normal don't worry about it. Hope everything goes well :)
