Second pregnancy successful

My first pregnancy was a miscarriage this is now my second pregnancy, 6 weeks and 3 days. Initially I could feel the fatigue and my chest hurt, the nausea but my symptoms have now calmed down I don't feel as tired my chest doesn't hurt as much, more bloated and constipated but little bouts of nausea. Should I worry that my symptoms have calmed down?

I'm very sorry for everyone's loss.  Like others have said don't worry about it, try not to worry (I know, I know). I also had a miscarriage with my first little one but my second pregnancy resulted in our love who I'm holding now for a nap  - sick baby. And now I'm 4 weeks preggo with the second! God willing we all have happy and healthy pregnancies.  Good luck!

I'm going into wk 5 with my 2nd.  My 1st also ended in miscarriage at 8wks, in actually feeling a lot more symptoms: fatigue, exhaustion, slight nausea (today for the 1st time) this time around, hope that's a good thing! Good luck to you and all you ladies out there!

No. It's very common for symptoms to come and go. I've had one successful pregnancy, one miscarriage, and have just become pregnant again so I've been through both. Your symptoms will likely come back with a vengeance soon enough.
