Secret

I feel like I am going to burst! I have not told any of my family or friends that I'm pregnant.  I'm 11 weeks along and want to wait until Thanksgiving before I spill my secret. This is my first pregnancy and all of my family and friends dont think im going to ever have kids. I'm the first of my dad's kids to be in this joyous position so this will be his first grandbaby. My mom and dad divorced and are now remarried. My mom had other kids and she is already a 3 time over grandma but she doesn't think I will ever have a baby cause I'm 31 and her other kids had babies at a young age.


On one hand, I'm enjoying the secret cause I don't have ppl trying to rub my belly (which isn't really protruding yet) and I don't have ppl asking me billions of questions or offering advice on how to handle things. BUT on the other hand I can't talk about anything pertaining to pregnancy with anyone other than my bf.  Sigh...anyone else holding this great joy a secret?

I'm 11 weeks also and could wait I tol at 9 you are going to have a good size belly to hide by thanksgiving!!!

I waited 12 weeks to tell everyone and boy was it hard... I end up telling my mom and close friends. I'm ftm so I was too excited

I can assure you it hasn't been easy but well worth it. I have been able to rest as needed but of course it's hard cause this is a remarkable experience!!!! Wishing everyone the best in their pregnancy journey.

I'm also 31 first time mommy. But I couldn't keep it a secret. I don't know how to keep secrets hehe ♡

I tried... And failed. But not everyone on my side or the Hubby's side knows yet. I had to unplug from fb in order for people not to find out. Lol

Yes!! I just found out yesterday that my husband and I are expecting and I just can't wait to go to the doctor for him to confirm it and then to tell my family! But as you probably know, the golden rule is to wait until we are at least 12 weeks which is soon far away!! I don't know how long we are going to be able to wait! So excited!
