early pregnancy or not

My hcg level is 28 000 and my ultrasound showed a sac but no baby.the er dr said I had a miscarriage i am not bleeding or cramping could i have just been early.

I went to the doctor yesterday they did an ultrasound again i am 6 weeks 5 days saw the baby and the heart beat.

Same thing with me but my doctor put me on pre natels and told me to check back in two week and everything was fine. 16 week and counting. Maybe its too early

Def get a 2nd opinion.  Wait a week and scan again.happened to me. And now im 27 weeks with a little girl. After they told me 1st i had an ectopic then they said the sac was in right place but no heartbeat and i would miscarry. I didnt. I kept the faith.

I had levels of 102 on Jan 5th, LMP was Dec. 9th 2014
Started bleeding Jan 19th and scan showed little circle looking thing with a heartbeat (they said I was about 5-6wks then)
It's hard to say - I made it to 16wks with no bleeding, cramping - not a complication at all and at my check up they couldn't find baby's heartbeat with the Doppler so they sent me to have an ultrasound and the baby had no heartbeat anymore. I carried it for another week and then decided to be induced to have him(it was a boy) in the hospital.
Sometimes bleeding and cramping isn't needed to be a sign of a miscarriage :(
But you may have just been early as well.

I had a scan at 6 weeks, just a sac, then 8 weeks had one and there was sac, yolk and heartbeat. Hcg levels were 9000 at 6 weeks. Get another scan in a few weeks, hope it works out.
