Does sex help soften your cervix and once your cervix is softened does that help you dilate? I'm 38 weeks and 70% effaced & 3cm dilated & suuuper impatient to have my baby!
I've heard the sperm with soften the cervix.
Sex that leads to an orgasm will help. Both you and him. Sperm softens the cervix but an orgasm will help you contract. Good luck Mommy.
