Shadow on ultrasound

I had a scheduled ultrasound today due to my pre pregnancy weight  ( this is my third one) and the tech told me we were all done but she had to ask the doctor that was there a question ( this dr is no longer an ob dr but was previously). When she came back she said i was good to go but i questioned her reason for leaving...she said it was something on my placenta like a shadow and they were not worried. I called my dr who was out and will call me in the morning. Anyone else experience this?

I had a shadow and it happened to be blood. I thought I was having a miscarriage and rushed to the ER to find out that some women bleed a little. I was 10 weeks

I had shadow spots on my placenta they were small clots but everything worked out just fine my first son is now 2 and healthy as can be I just bled a lot during delivery you should br ok momma :)
