It's ok I don't think all the pregnancy advice forums n docs n articles etc take into account that some people work active jobs where not all the rest & break times advised are really possible.  Don't feel guilty but try to at least keep snacks in ur purse or car for on the go. I keep almonds and fruit snacks for my son & me in the car at all times.

Try saltine crackers and Ginger Ale to help calm your stomach. Hopefully that will give you an appetite. Good luck and best wishes!
