Yea during my last pregnancy I went to the ER because I thought I was having a heart attack a few times. I think the shortness of breath is worse for those of us who are prone to panic or anxiety attacks. All I can say is take deep breaths and pray it goes away, it don't work but it is about all you can do.
I hate it.... makes me panic a little. Reminds me of anxiety/panic attacks I used to have. Feels like an elephant is sitting on my chest. I got from work 5 hrs ago and Im a maid. Work was rough today.
All the time it is normal during pregnancy.
I have experiencing shortness of breath for the post two, three weeks
I do. My midwife said it may be because im anemic. So now I'm walking more and taking iron supplements.
