Should I go to the hospital
Im 38 weeks and I haven't passed my mucus plug and my water hasn't broken. I've been having severe back pain since about 7 this morning. It lasts for about 20 seconds. I've tried sleeping sand putting a pillow between my legs because I had a leg cramp earlier but they just won't let up. Please help
How far apart are the pains from each other?
Get up and take walks
Try taking a warm bath. That can help relieve some pressure. You could be in the beginning stages of labor or it could just other aches/pains associated with pregnant. Of course, when in doubt call your hospital or OB!!!
