Sick and I am in Mexico

i came to Mexico for my honeymoon...trip was planned before I knew I was pregnant. Omg I have had diarrhea and vomiting for two days. Only taking Tylenol and Benadryl. I have been drinking bottled water but I always get ice...not sure if that is what is causing me to be sick...any suggestions.

Be careful diarrhoea can start off contractions stay really hydrated and if anything dosent feel right go to the doctors. Hope you feel better soon and get to enjoy the rest of your holiday x

I was going to say it sounds like food poisoning. Feel better soon. I heard it's a miserable process.

Yea stop the ice it might not be filtered water they are using. And I would start planning a to come home. The last thing you want is to be dehydrated and laid up in the hospital in a foreign country...

When I've traveled overseas and gotten really ill, I start loading up on probiotics.  They help to balance out the flora in your gut and slow down diarrhea within a couple of days.  Idk where you'd find a good probiotic in Mexico, though.  Maybe ask at a pharmacy?

^^ it's the ice stop drinking it, Ice is frozen water meaning that's the reason of your sickness
