Signs of labor maybe ?

Hi I have a question and maybe some one could help me out I'm 33+6 have had a crazy pregnancy so far so I'm not sure what is normal any more but for 3 long and painful days now I have been having overwhelming cramping and contractions to the point that I have had to take pain meds to make it thru it I woke up again today and same thing oh so very painful with nausea not really vomiting just feel so sick the last time u was checked I was 3cm and 75% effaced could this be labor ? This is my second baby but with my daughter it happened so fast had cramps then couple hours later I had her but this time around I'm not sure what the heck is going on

Just want to update I did call L&D and told them what was going on they had me come in and I was in labor so they gave me all kinds of meds to try and relax things it worked for a lil while they told me to come back if I experience the same pain like I was having well I'm home and now all the pain meds and everything is wearing off I'm back to feeling almost the same amount of pain

Doesnt seem normal for 34 weeks. Speak to your dr

I would call your dr and get them to check you again.
