Sleep HELP!!

I'm about 29wks and the only way its comfortable for me to sleep, is on my back. Ive tried pillows between my legs, behind my back.. Proping up a little, I even bought a giant boppy pillow that doesn't help!! Is it really that bad to sleep on my back, I heard as long as it isn't painful to me then its okay... What is everyone else's opinion??!?!

As long as when you get up your not dizzy ,light headed or have a numb feeling in your feet and legs its fine . they just urge not to due to the pressure on the spinal veins causing those symptoms which is dangerous for mom and baby . but if you are still concerned ask your doctor good luck

im generally a side sleeper but im also comfy on my back. Again confirm with your dr or midwife,  but my midwife said its totally safe if your comfortable and not experiencing any nausea, dizziness or shortness of breath/light headed. Your circulation will be compromised before baby and those are the warning signs that your not getting proper blood flow. she also said its only about 4% of the pregnant population that actually have a problem when lying on there backs.
