Sleep trouble

Hey Ladies,
I have been having an awful time sleeping lately. I'm 14+5 weeks with twins. My hip is soar from sleeping on my side and I keep having nightmares. I am normally a belly sleeper but am showing way to much to get comfortable on my belly. Help!

My doctor recommended taking benadryl. Puts me to sleep and usually last all night.

Try putting pillow between your legs and cuddling with a body pillow in front of you and have it partially under your belly and arm under pillow with head on it ....I sleep on my back now or sides tontry to get comfy I try to stay on left side for better blood flow to the baby but doesn't always work

I haven't been sleeping well either. I might sleep for about 2-3 hours and I'm back up. Thank God my other kids are older and can get themselves ready for school.. I'm worth nothing in the am

Me too :-( I keep waking up every 1-2 hours from about 2am. I normally sleep right through the night & can sleep through almost anything.

Have u tried sleeping on your side with a pillow under your hip for some support?
