No appetite

I'm 13+3 and I have NO appetite. occasionally I get hungry but I'm don't want to eat. I've lost 7 pounds but it's because of morning sickness. Why do I have no appetite?

Try fruit smoothies. Anything that has nutrition will help. Good luck!

I throw up granola bars And idk if I can do protein shakes because I don't like the texture but I can do fruit smoothies. I really hope this passes because I feel like I'm not taking good enough care of my growing baby. I feel like crying some days

Try protein shakes and granola bars. That's what I have when I don't have an appetite.  I add fresh fruits to my shake though.

I'm cooking dinner for the kids and I don't even want any of it and it sounded so good. I might try protein shakes

Don't worry that'll go away soon. I lost weight and gained no weight until I started my third trimester. I eat normal meals now, but put on about 16 lbs. doctor told me, it's about time! Lol it's funny cause I eat smaller meals and have watch what I eat because I have diabetes, but the weight will get put on later.

It did for me until I hit 16 weeks... I just find it easier to eat small snacks then big meals. Hopefully you start to feel better soon

I don't even really want to snack. The smell and sight of food disgust me.

I still have no appetite and I'm 20wks. I am down 5 pounds. They keep yelling at me to eat more and gain weight. I constantly snack all day on small things like nuts, yogurt and cheese slices.. I do force myself to eat meals but I can't eat to much or I'll get sick.... very frustrating.
