I always wake up on my back no matter how i try to sleep different. 37 weeks and he kicks and kicks and kicks.
Great, I was having some kind of muscle pain on my right side yesterday so couldn't sleep in my right side. I am feeling better today. Yes I can't sleep on my left side. Thank you for great responses
I have to sleep on my right. I can't sleep on left as I find it rather uncomfortable. I manage to be on my back every so often tho
I can't sleep on my left side either it pinches my ribs. I sleep on my left side maybe twice a night in between tossing and turning just to relieve pressure on the right side.
I get pains under my breast if I sleep on my left side and my baby doesn't seem to like it either she kicks really hard at me. So I've only slept on my right side. Last night I woke up on my back and in instinct I moved to my right side. If you can sleep on your left side it's better for you but there's nothing that says u absolutely have to. They just say it's better to. All of your main organs are on the right side of your body and you only have like your spleen or something on your left, they suggest it because you could squish your other organs and because you get better circulation laying on your left side. Hope this helps ")
No matter how much I try to lay on my left side I always seem to move to my right. I cant stay comfortable on my left side. I actually sleep more on my stomach then anything. Im 33 weeks and you wouldn't even know if u ask me. Im waiting to one day just wake up and b 10x bigger.
Slept on my back before pregnancy but this whole pregnancy I have pretty much only slept on my right side. Haven't had any issues. Today I am 41 weeks (induction friday) and as of tuesday baby measured about 8 lbs and was perfectly healthy. Heart beat always between 145 and 160 at my appointments
Yep. I'm a right side sleeper, but I try flop back and forth throughout the night. Makes for a lot of turning but I use a body pillow to help support my position.
I alternate from my left to my right. Try propping a pillow on your back so you can lean up against it when your on your side. Or sleep propped up with a few pillows on your back and head, kinda like your in a recliner.
