I use a V shaped pillow i have one ove the sides between my legs and the other beside my belly on my side or i put the pillow in the same place and put my left leg over the pillow so I'm kinda laying on it. I'm 11 weeks but look further along

You dnt hve to buy pregnancy pillows, you can roll up a blanket, or buy a few pillows from walmart and use those! Pregnancy pillows are too expecive to use for only a few months (if tht long)

I've had nothing but trouble sleeping the whole time! You could try little sleep habit tricks like taking the TV and computer out of the bedroom, not spending much time in bed or the bedroom during the day, reading before bed, cutting out caffeine several hours earlier too. Also, body pillows are amazing and can be pretty cheap or you can even roll up an extra blanket and snuggle that.
